Didn't have the time for breakfast but my interaction with the staff at check-in was perfect. I didn't get their names but it was around Friday evening.

Loved the mint water. all are very well made with nice friendly staff. always a good way to have others to eat when its free. hot and cold bar was really well kept and maintained really well. had a good experience.

Very reasonable breakfast. The place is really fine. I don't understand why the rating of the place is low. The toilets were clean, everything was clean and tidy.

Didn’t eat breakfast I was resting. Plus I think it was a bit too pricey $212 for one night on a Thursday was out this world but I had to sleep.

Good breakfast and the staff were really helpful going out of their way to help me when my key cards weren’t working on my room door so I really appreciate that

The breakfast was good. Everything was hot and fresh. I wish the breakfast had been left out longer because we always came down later just when it was ending

- location is right outside Richmond, and there are lots of food places - spacious, lots of desks and outlets - beds were comfortable - clean

The room was amazing, very clean and comfortable. We walked through the building, and it was pretty awesome.
